The Village’s open-air retail and office development takes full advantage of Kōloa’s balmy weather and beautiful surround. Set in quaint one-level and two-level cottages, spaces range in size from 800 to 6,500 square feet and echo the residences’ approachable, plantation-style aesthetic. Vintage sugar mill equipment can even be found on display throughout the grounds.
The majority of retail spaces will be filled by small locally owned businesses, including homegrown shops and eateries. Fresh Kaua‘i produce will be available via a local farmers market. Patrons will also have access to a variety of service-focused merchants, such as healthcare offices, a drugstore, hair salon, launderer and more, along with ample parking.
